He gives and takes away

As God gives us friends He sometimes "takes" them and sends them to another place...
Well for me the sometimes became very often... it started with my best friend Sarah and it went on and on...
Next Sunday a dear friend of mine will also be going to the mission field to Agentina... When I thought about it, this song came into my mind that *He gives and takes away*. I was really sad on Sunday when my friend Meike was send out from my church and I thought that I dont want to invest in a friendship anymore when God "takes" her away after a while but then I talked to another friend of mine and she said that we just need to learn to enjoy the friendship as long as we can and then we need to except it when God has other plans...
We took this pic for Meike from her closes friends and I just thought I put it here to see "Who is next" to go :)
I love how God sends people in our lives just at the right time!

May God give us the friends we need at the right time and may we be thankful!
Blessings

Silence...

Today I'm a little bit earlier at the church to organize some stuff and I cant wait until all the kids arrive... without them its so silent here... not life at all....
We have the theme patience today... well I don't think I'm the right person to talk about patience because I'm not patient at all!
May God use me and even teach me things while I'm speaking :)

For this reason we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to ask that you may be filled with the knowledge of His will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;

that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God;

strengthened with all might, according to His glorious power, for all patience and longsuffering with joy;

giving thanks to the Father who has qualified us to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in the light.

He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love...

Col. 1:9-13

You are special

Just think,

you are not here by chance,
but by God's choosing,
His hand formed you and made you the person you are,
He compares you to no one else-
you are one of a kind,
You lack nothing that His grace can't give you
He has allowed you to be here at this time of history
to fulfill His special purpose for this generation.

Roy Lessing

Praise God that He compares us to no one else - like the world always does - and that we lack nothing that His grace can't give us.

Let's be the vessel that God can use for His purposes!

I need to learn how to listen...

...that is what God teaches me right now... "Just listen to me"

...What are His plans and His disire for my life? Is the work I do right now all that I'm suppose to do? Is it maybe a training time for something else He has in store...

I'm still working at the church and I really learn a lot. In the afternoon I work at a company so that I can pay my bills - but that is deffinetly not what I want to do all my life... I'm praying if God wants me to go to the Missionfield again... but all I still here ist "be still and know that I'm God" and be faithful in the small things"...

I'm planing on going to Jordan for a week with my dear friend Marianne around September and I'm excited that I can finally go on a "Mission trip" again... I truly miss that!!!!
My heart still beats for missions... right now I'm just able to pray for the Missionaries but maybe someday I will be on the field again... I really don't want to go alone again. I mean Paul went together with others and Jesus sent his desciples to go by two or more but never to go by themselves... I really hope He puts His desire on someone else to go with me... I will see...

God spoke to me on Sunday night - through an amazing studie that I need to just delight in Him and He will take care about everything else... God is so good! I really want to learn to delight myselfe fully in Him...
God bless
